Eating Healthier For Your Hair
If you are into eating healthier for your hair, I would recommend the foods outlined below. They will help you get the protein and amino acids you need to grow and keep your hair lovely from the inside out.
Eggs- because they are a great source of protein, biotin, zinc and selenium.
Spinach- is a healthy green that has folate, iron plus vitamins A and C.
Avocados- are a great source of healthy fats and Vitamin E which helps neutralize free radicals.
Seeds- my favorite are flaxseeds and Chia seeds because of the omega-3 fatty acids.
Beans- they are a great plant base protein source. I personally have a hard time eating them but if you love them go for it!
There are many other great foods for hair, the bottom line is we need vitamins A, C, D and E, Zinc, B vitamins, Iron, Biotin, Protein and Essential Fatty Acids so our hair will grow.
